Volunteer Opportunities

Share your time and talent as a land monitor, or help with administrative work, special projects, or educational activities.

Monitoring Walks
Join us as we monitor our properties. The walks generally take 2 to 3 hours and are scheduled for the first Wednesday or the third Saturday of each month. We get together at 9:00am. Meet at our office at 449 US Route 1. Please contact us for more information.

Administrative Work
Volunteers to do database entry, collate mailings, file and conduct other administrative projects are always needed.

Special Projects
Do you have a special talent such as photography, carpentry, graphic design? The York Land Trust may have a special project for which we could use your help.

Trail Building & Maintenance
Do you enjoy clearing trails or building walkways and boardwalks? Put on your work clothes and come and join us for trail building on our properties.

Please contact the York Land Trust for more information on volunteer activities.
