HIghland
Farm projects: landscape planting, light construction of kiosk,
sign posts, toilet screening and/or ADA viewing platform.

2nd -(Thurs.) Volunteer training: monitoring

June 8th - (Wed. 9-3pm) United Way Day of Caring
- July
9th - (Sat. 2 shifts: 9-noon, 1-4pm) Highland Farm public
ammenities construction
- August
6th -(Sat. 2 shifts: 9-noon, 1-4pm) Complete Highland Farm
construction projects and prepare site for August 28th public
opening event.

Monitoring
Walks
Join us as we monitor York Land Trust properties.
The walks generally require 2 to 3 hours and are scheduled
monthly on a Wednesday or a Saturday. We meet at our office
at 9a.m. Please contact David
Mallard for more information.
Trail
Building & Maintenance
Do you enjoy clearing trails or building walkways
and boardwalks? Put on your work clothes and come and join
us for trail building on our properties.
Special
Projects
Do you have a special talent such as photography,
carpentry, graphic design? The York Land Trust may have a
special project for which we could use your help.

Events
Each year York Land Trust participates in a number
of community outreach and fundraising events. If you are detail
oriented and/or enjoy talking to people, please join us.
