Family Halloween Hike

Join local author Sarah Lamagna for a Halloween parade around Highland Farm Preserve. Show up in your costume and enjoy a leisurely loop where Sarah will make multiple stops to chat about the environment around the area. And, of course, every stop will include some candy for both kids and adults alike.

Sarah may or may not be dressed up as a huntress wanting to go for an adventure in the woods! As a former ecologist, Sarah is well-versed in all things nature-related and can’t wait to share her knowledge with all the participants.

A prize awaits for the most creative costume! Winner will receive a copy of Sarah’s book, Hiking with Kids New England, and a kid’s camera!

This program is free and open to the public. Please register here.
