Art in Nature Series: Watercolor Wildflowers

**Program Currently Full. Please email hcreighton@yorklandtrust.org to be added to the waitlist.**

Come join Maine Master Naturalist and local artist Allison Donohue for a morning of painting wildflowers in watercolors! For this workshop, we’ll practice some simple techniques for capturing the essence of wildflowers quickly in the field, and learn helpful tips for wildflower identification. This workshop meets at the YLT Headquarters.  If weather permits we will paint outside, though we will work inside if it is raining. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, no experience necessary.

Allison Donohue is an artist, teacher, and Maine Master Naturalist volunteer. She is particularly interested in river corridors, estuaries, and oceans, and is passionate about connecting people to the natural world through art.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.  Sign up here.
