We’re saddened to learn of the passing of Liz Blanchard, a member of York Land Trust and former member of York’s Board of Selectmen who recently passed away at the age of 81. Liz was a strong leader in town who supported conservation issues when they came to the Board of Selectmen, and who expressed her commitment to protecting York’s natural areas by maintaining an annual membership with York Land Trust. We appreciate all that she has done for the Town of York and send our condolences to her family.
